Monday: Easy run @8:50 5 miles
Tuesday: 6×1000 (4:50 each), 2 min recovery jog
Wed: easy run 5 miles @9:00
Thur: Tempo run 5 miles 8:30 (no warm up or cool down,no time) plus the wind at crissy field = near death
Friday: rest day
Saturday: drag and die fly 5k race
Sunday: long run 13.1 miles @8:55<—- I took a realy long break like 10 min at my friends house eating watermelon,,,

you are really fast! And I am really impressed you do it in the hilly bay. The Nike half almost killed me last year.
